Bing/MSN/Yahoo and their linked Presstitutes despise Marjorie Taylor Greene and her voters. Let's face that fact right up front. They revel in writing negative stories about her, but this current pig pile is surprisingly bitchy and catty, even for them. When asked a "Gotcha" question about fellow UniParty member Steve Scalise (a member of the allegedly "right-leaning" section of the UniParty, the Republicans) "finally" getting vaccinated against the China Virus, implying that "if HE did it, then YOU have to do it", she replied with a typical Right Wing response of the question being a HIPPA violation. Since it is technically not, the Presstitutes piled on with a "See? She's such an idiot, and here's why..." batch of similarly-written hit pieces.
What Greene did was invoke a knee-jerk reaction that many who felt their rights were being violated when asked to wear masks during the Panda-emic scare were told to say if confronted over their decision to remain maskless. As Yahoo correctly points out, HIPAA doesn't cover the situation, but many businesses did not really want to hassle their customers, so the response became a shield carried by many a citizen, whether valid or not. Greene likely felt/feels the same way. Yahoo didn't feel a need to investigate WHY Greene would make the claim, because their intent was to attack her for doing so.
MSN went further into defending intrusive questions in the workplace, and made this gem of a statement: "She can refuse to answer questions about whether she’s been vaccinated, and like any other job applicant, she can either be rewarded with continued employment (by the voters) or can be summarily shown the door (again, by the voters) based on her answer. But HIPAA has nothing to do with whether the question can be asked by the press or whether she can share the information." These are the SAME Presstitutes who applauded Ilhan Omar Omar Mynett being given HER job, though she was unable to DO said job unless the rules were changed (which they were), as the House required the employed to remove headcoverings when doing the business of the People.
Bing/MSN/Yahoo constantly applaud men taking jobs meant for women, as they did yesterday. They have no principles. They simply despise Greene and her voters. As is THEIR right. They ought to just come out and admit it, though, especially as many of her voters and supporters pay their salaries. One might also question their alleged adherence to Freedom of Speech, as they mention multiple times, in a positive manner, Twitter having (at least temporarily) banned Greene from public Speech. Bing/MSN/Yahoo would of course resort to calling Big Tech a "private company", when they are as regulated by the Government as any other, and COULD be held to account if there were an Opposition Party in the United States of America. Fortunately for them, there is not. Yet.
