So now California, probably smarting from lockdowns and looting and rioting, wants to FINE people for not wearing masks? And,of course, Bing/MSN/Yahoo do not report the Fascist move the way they would if, say, Trump had ordered such a thing. You can always tell if an inane policy fits their agenda, because there is not one link that even touches upon fining people over not wearing an ITEM of CLOTHING as being a bad thing.
